1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping details, and view purchase history.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–7 days, depending on your location and shipping method. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Do you ship internationally?

8. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Please contact us at kartstore.org@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

9. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

COD is available for domestic orders only / selected regions.
A small COD fee of ₹ 59 or 1.9% may apply (if you charge one).
Maximum order value for COD: ₹ 500 limit.
Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to make the payment in cash when your order arrives.
